Congratulations to all who tested and were promoted today.  Special thanks to all karateka that 

joined us to work out even though they were not scheduled to test.  

Congratulations also to Sensei for meeting his goal of breaking 4 cement blocks.  

Kobudo Training at Broadway Park

Kobudo training in the park.  A great opportunity for all kyu ranks and all kobudo.  Reviewed basic kobudo exercises and kobudo kata.

Thanks to all the students that joined us on Saturday for the Hermon Sizzler.  It was a great event and a chance to share what we do with others.  Thank you also to the Hermon Rec Program for inviting us to perform our demo.
